The Committee on the Rule of Law and Justice recommends that the Parliament should recommit the draft law on amendments the third part of article 69 of the Law of Ukraine “On Court System and the Status of Judges” (re particular issues of special training for a judge designee)

The draft law (Reg. No. 2054) suggests to appoint scholarship for a judge designee for a period of specialized training, in amount of minimal wages.

The committee considered already the bill introduced by S.KIvalov, R.Romanyuk and O.Makhnitskyi on amendment to the Law “On Court System and the Status of Judges” re improvement of the Higher Qualificational Commission of Judges of Ukraine (Reg. No. 2340) that contains analogical to the proposed legislative proposals and recommend that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt it as a basis and in entirety as the law.
